- We are sorry that we DO NOT accept Ai, Psd, or Microsoft files. We are not responsible for any loss or damage of images or artwork that occurs during conversion from other files.
- Please provide your file in Jpeg file format-banner/bunting/backdrop.
- Please provide your file in EPS file format other than banner/bunting/backdrop.
- Please ensure all fonts/text been outlined.
- Please ensure all images have been embedded.
- Please prepare your printing file in CMYK color mode.
